Editing Services
$125 per hour
Clients receive 100+ professionally edited images delivered via a private digital gallery within 5 business days of the event.
Editing includes cropping, color correction, and adjustments to ensure accurate tone and color balance. Client will also received preview images during the event for social media posting.
Everything You Need to Know Before Booking
When will we receive the images or video?
Edited images are typically delivered within 15 business days. Need them sooner? We offer expedited delivery (24–72 hours) for press or post-event needs. We’ll confirm your deadlines during our consultation.
How many photographers or videographers will cover our event?
We scale based on your event size and schedule. From small panels to 2,000+ guest summits, we’ll recommend the right team to ensure full coverage.
How are the images delivered?
Via a secure online gallery with full-res downloads, mobile/desktop access, and optional password protection. Gallery access lasts at least 30 days, with archiving available.
What file format will we get?
High-resolution JPGs, ready for web, print, decks, and more. We’re happy to provide custom sizing or naming if needed.
How many photos will we receive?
Typically 100–300 photos per event day, depending on hours and coverage type. Large events may receive 500–1,000+ images.
Do you offer on-site headshots?
Yes! We provide studio-quality headshot stations for teams, attendees, and networking events. Drop-in or scheduled options available.

No. Final images are watermark-free and professionally edited. Usage is based on your selected license.
What license comes with the photos?
We offer internal, marketing, and commercial licenses. We’ll walk you through it all—no surprises, just clear usage rights.
Do you offer video services too?
Yes! We cover highlights, interviews, b-roll, streaming, and full session recordings. Ask about bundling photo + video.
Do you travel or cover multi-day events?
Absolutely. We’re DC-based and regularly travel across the DMV and beyond for conferences, retreats, and multi-day events.
