Everything You Need to Know Before Booking With Us
When will we receive the images or video after the event?
We typically deliver edited images within 15 business days from your event date, but we often beat that timeline depending on our workload. If your event has press or post-event marketing needs, we also offer expedited delivery options (24–72 hours) for select images.
From internal communications to media releases, we understand timing is everything. During our consultation, we’ll ask about your specific deadlines and build the delivery schedule around your needs so you’re never left waiting.
How many photographers or videographers will cover our event?
We scale our team based on your event’s size, schedule, and complexity. For example:
- A 1-day corporate conference with multiple breakouts may require 1–2 photographers
- A formal gala or fundraising event with 300+ guests may call for a photographer + 2 assistant photographers
- Government or Capitol Hill events may involve security and restricted areas, we staff accordingly to cover all angles respectfully and professionally

How are the images delivered?
All images are delivered via a secure online gallery link. This gives you:
- Full-resolution image downloads

You’ll have access for at least 30 days, with extended archiving options available if you want to preserve images longer for historical records or future use.
What file format do we get for our photos?
Final images are delivered in high-resolution JPG format, ready for:

For multi-day conferences or large-scale events, clients often receive 500–1,000+ final images, all professionally edited and curated for quality.
Do you offer on-site headshots at events?
Yes, and it’s one of our most popular add-ons.

No. We do not watermark your final images. They’re yours to use based on the licensing agreement you select at booking. Every image is clean, high-resolution, and professionally edited.
